If you’ve recently ordered one of our products, either directly from us or through one of our online retail partners, please understand that the current health crisis has brought on an unprecedented and overwhelming demand on the entire production and supply chain that supports our category of products.

Rockers Direct is challenged with continuing production but under more stringent internal and external conditions. The safety of our employees, their loved ones and our customers are a top priority. As such, we have implemented many measures to mitigate the exposure or spread of COVID-19 at our facilities. These measures include the 21 points outlined in the State of Georgia Executive Order.

If you’ve ordered a product, please allow up to 4 weeks from the time your order was placed (either directly, or through a retail partner) for us to process the order and put it on a truck (3-4 weeks for LTL orders and 1-2 weeks for small parcel orders). Please allow another 3-10 days for the carrier to deliver it to your home. We ask that you only reach out to our Customer Service team if your order was placed more than 4 weeks ago from today’s date and you have not received tracking information.

We know that you are anxious to receive your furniture - and our team is anxious to get it produced and shipped to you. We humbly ask for your patience during these extraordinary circumstances.
